When we were first were graced with the opportunity to live in Europe, for a time, the team of “nomads” that makes up Meandering Nomad was struck with a sense of adventure.
Exploring the rich history of the continent for six years brought out an uncontrollable wanderlust for more adventure. New cultures, new people, and new places zapped an energetic charge into life.
Since that initial introduction to a world other than our own, the Meandering Nomad team has logged countless miles. Along the way, this new travel resource and community, Meandering Nomad, was born out of Jared’s guest bedroom in Washington, D.C. The co-owners and the staff strive to guide you, our fellow travelers, to places abroad that will bring about these same feelings within you and invite you to become a part of our family.
